The Hallaian family has been apart of the Central San Joaquin Valley for nearly 80 years.  Originally farmers in Fresno’s surrounding areas, our family has been an active participant and witness to the massive development in the Central Valley.  Hallaian Brothers formed in 1959 when the company sold farmland and began to invest and develop commercial property.  Hallaian Homes & Properties was established in 1975 catering to the residential development business as well as acquiring and building of commercial properties.  Later as the company expanded, Hallaian Development was created in 2005 as a brokerage branch to encompass all aspects of the commercial development process.
